Super Dice

How to Play

  • Taking turns the players throw four dice Super Dice and the Villain Dice and turn over as many relevant Hero cards as they choose, scoring the points to reveal their Super Hero character, with the winner being the player with the most points once the last Super Hero card is turned over

    • If a 6 is thrown by the Villain Dice one Ransom Coin is ‘paid’
    • ​If all the Ransom Coins are paid nobody wins, no matter how many points they’ve scored.

RULES

  • Each Super Hero board is made up of 15 cards.

    4 x Pair cards
     
    This is where the dice comes up with two of the same - 11,22,33,44,55,66. 

    Score 20 points plus the total of the two dice involved.
    2 x Low Run cards
    This is where where a Run Of Three is thrown - 123,234,345,456. 

    Score 40 points plus the total of the three dice involved.
    2 x Double Low Run cards 
    This is where the dice make a run of three and the forth dice is one of the same - 1,1,2,3,4 or 1,2,2,3,4 or 1,2,3,3,4 etc. 
     
    Score 60 points plus the total of the four dice involved.

    2 x Two pair cards
    This is where two different pairs are thrown - 2,2,5,5 or 1,1,6,6 etc.
    Score 80 points plus the total of the four dice involved. 

    ​3 x Three of a kind cards
    This is where three of the same kind is thrown.
    Score 80 points plus the total of the three dice involved.

    1 x High Run cards
    This is where all four dice make a run - 1,2,3,4,  - 3,4,5,6. etc.
    Score 100 points plus the total of the four dice involved.
    1 x Four of a kind card
    This is where all four dice come up the same - eg 6666.
    Score 200 points plus the total of the four dice involved.


    • If a player cannot 'Make a Score' , as in that card has already been played, the player can throw/ hold a couple times more but each time the score halves. I.e. throw a pair but all the pairs having been played the player can hold those two in hope of making a '3 of a kind', but the score for the 3 of a kind drops from 80 to 40. If they hold again (having failed) the score halves again to 20 points.
    • If the player fails after the second 're-throw' to get a scoring oppotunity they must turn over a card without scoring any points.
    • The Villain Dice must be included each time dice are re-thrown 

    Ransom Coins

    for 2 players play with 9 Ransom Coins
    For 3 players play with 12 Ransom Coins
    For 4 players play with 15 Ransom Coins
    For 5 players plsy with 18 Ransom Coins
    For 6 players play with 21 Ranson Coins
